What this website collects
- What you type in the demo request form: your name, role, pharmacy, contact details and message.
- Standard server logs: your network address, the time and the page requested, kept for security for 30 days.
No tracking cookies, no advertising, and no analytics that identify you. This website has no connection to any pharmacy's records in HaxenMed. Please do not send patients' personal or health details through this website.
The HaxenMed app itself (app.haxenmed.com), where pharmacies keep their records, is covered by the terms of the subscription, not by this page.
Why
To answer your request, and to keep the website secure.
Who receives it
HaxenTech staff who answer your request, and our email provider, which delivers it. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages from the form are kept for 12 months, unless your pharmacy becomes a customer.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to support@haxenmed.com.
