What happens if my internet goes down?
HaxenMed is a PWA that works fully offline. Your POS, inventory lookups, and receipt printing all continue working. Everything syncs automatically when you reconnect.
What devices can I use?
Any device with a modern browser — Windows PCs, Android phones and tablets, iPhones, and iPads. You can install it as an app on any of these without visiting an app store.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll receive reminder emails 3 days before your trial ends. If you don't subscribe, your dashboard is locked but your data is safe. Subscribe anytime to restore access.
Can multiple staff use it at the same time?
Yes. Every staff member gets their own login. All actions are tracked by user and you can see who processed each sale.
How do I pay?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), debit/credit cards, and bank transfers via Paystack.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Your pharmacy's data is completely isolated from other pharmacies on the platform.
